Description

Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- Oil spray (for cooking)
Instructions
- Warm milk, water, sugar, salt, and butter in a saucepan until melted and steaming.
- Stir in flour until it forms a ball, then let cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
- Pipe or scoop small mounds of dough and spritz with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place dough mounds in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly browned.
- Toss warm bites in cinnamon sugar immediately after cooking.
- Optional: Return coated bites to the air fryer for an additional 30-45 seconds for extra crispiness.
- Serve immediately with chocolate dip or dulce de leche, if desired.
Notes
For best results, keep the dough warm and avoid overcrowding the air fryer. You can chill the dough beforehand for easier shaping.
