Description
Delicious crispy apple fries made in the air fryer, served with a creamy sweet cinnamon dip.
Ingredients

- 3 medium firm apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Pink Lady)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 to 2 teaspoons neutral oil or melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- For the Sweet Cinnamon Dip: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut the apples into fry sticks.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Drizzle the apple sticks with neutral oil or melted butter and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the dry mix over the apples and toss gently.
- Spread fries in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once at halfway.
- While the fries are cooking, prepare the dip by mixing Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl until creamy.
- Dust the cooked fries with a pinch of cinnamon sugar if desired and serve hot with the dip.
Notes
Fresh apples work best for a crispy texture. Feel free to try different types of apples and dipping sauces.
